Their products are designed to endure the corrosive seaside air, a New England winter, or an Arizona heat wave. In short, they handcraft furniture that looks great, is easy to maintain, and can be left outdoors from one season to the next.
Seaside Casual products typically drop-ship out to you within 1-6 weeks, depending on the product, from their warehouse in Coventry Rhode Island. This lead time may be slower during the busy holiday season. Seaside Casual cannot accommodate "Rush Orders", as furniture must be well prepped for shipment.
All communication will remain between you and us.
If an item is back-ordered, we will let you know within 48 hours, with an estimated ETA. You may then decide whether to leave the order in place and ship as available or cancel your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show any progress/movement on the carrier's website. Please follow this tracking number and be aware of the exact day that your order will arrive. You may also call the carrier; phone numbers will be provided at this link and make special arrangements for delivery dates.
Seaside Casual EnviroWood® Furniture 20 Year Residential and 5 Year Commercial Limited Warranty
Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for up to 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase*). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty. This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the original purchaser only.
*Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise value, minus a 20% restocking fee once approved. All shipping fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. We will then instruct you on how/where to return the item. Any item returned without an authorization will be refused.
*Note (for Approval): Because we work with natural materials, certain distressing and or inconsistencies may be part of the design/charm of the product and are not considered damages. Additionally as every screen displays color differently - Seaside Casual assumes no liability for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on a screen. Natural materials may vary in finish colors, as well.
Damage Claims:
● Please inspect all incoming items at time of delivery.
● Note the damage on the Carrier Receipt, if possible.
● Please take several pictures from different angles, as well as pictures of the packaging exactly as you received it, as this is very important to the Damage Claim.
● You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of any/all damage claims.
If you receive a broken/damaged item, this damage was caused during shipment, as we thoroughly inspect all merchandise before it is shipped to you. Therefore we will open a Damage Claim through our shipper; with your cooperation, this must be approved for any reimbursement, repair or replacement of product.
Once the damaged item has been inspected and the damage claim approved you will be either credited the amount paid or the item will be repaired or replaced.

Envirowood is made from an extremely high performance polymer that does not require sealing, painting or staining. It will not rot or splinter, and contains UV inhibitors that resist fading. Envirowood is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not absorb moisture or promote bacterial growth. To maintain Envirowood furniture you must simply clean it regularly with soap and water (avoid pressure washing). The stainless steel fasteners used to assemble your furniture are virtually maintenance free under normal conditions. Seaside uses only the highest quality stainless fasteners to assemble furniture; however in coastal areas hardware will require regular washing or rinsing. Avoid using harsh chemicals on Envirowood furniture.
