Orders, Payments, Cancellations & Lead Times
Our website is updated daily. If you are re-visiting our website, please clear your Temporary Internet Files (cache) to view the current updates. If you do not clear these files daily you may not be viewing the updated version, per your server rules.
Payment is always required in full, even on back-ordered items, as this reserves incoming merchandise for you. Many of our items are custom made or ordered specifically for you, therefore payment is required in-full when placing an order.
Please note that your credit card will be charged in-full for all items in your shopping cart when your order is processed, usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order. You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive a 2nd email if an item on your order is on back-order, with an ETA of this item. If any items are on back-order, you may cancel specific items or the entire order and your card will be refunded. All orders left in-tact, regardless of ETA must remain paid in full, in order to allocate in-coming inventory for you.
Once you place an order, our goal is to ship it out as quickly as possible; sometimes this can be within the same day or next day. If you have buyers remorse and wish to cancel an order, you may do so, but if has already been prepared for shipment or shipped out to you, canceling is considered a Return at this point.
If you cancel an order that was processed using Affirm, you will be charged an 8% cancelation fee, to cover our processing fees.
If you place and cancel orders repeatedly (more than 5x) you will be charged a 5% Excessive Cancelation Processing Fee + the 8% Affirm fee + whatever fees our vendor may have as well, to cover our processing fees.
Delivery refusal(s) that are not showing damage may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred.
Cancelation Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card refund to post to your account, depending on your credit card processing company.
ESTIMATED SHIP TIME
We know that once you place an order you are anxious to receive the merchandise and we make every effort to get your merchandise out to you as quickly as possible.
If you would like to know the ETA before you place your order, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation, confirming that your order was received. You will receive a 2nd email from us within 2 business days days informing you of the ETA of your merchandise.
Out-of-Stock Items: You will be notified if an item is out-of-stock when your order is processed and you may choose to cancel the order and you will be refunded immediately. We will keep you updated on the back-order status and you may choose to cancel at any time. If canceled before shipped to you, you will be refunded the full amount paid and not charged the "return" fees.
