Georg has his hand in designing every item from Noir. Since they are all designed by the same furniture designer, the Noir product line is aesthetically cohesive yet has the breadth to complement a full range of interior design styles including Classical, Traditional, Mid-Century Modern, and Modern.
In-stock, Noir Quick Ship products typically drop-ship out to you within 7-10 business days, from their warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. This lead time may be slower during the busy holiday season. Noir cannot accommodate "Rush Orders", as furniture must be well prepped for shipment.
All communication will remain between you and us.
If an item is back-ordered, we will let you know within 48 hours, with an estimated ETA. You may then decide whether to leave the order in place and ship as available or cancel your order.
All Noir products are shipped via "blanket wrapped" carriers, which can slow down the transit time. This is necessary, due to the fragile nature of furniture and lighting. Some of the carriers can take up to 14 business days to deliver to you, from the date that the item is picked up.
Please note: Some specialty items are custom made and may take up to 14-16 weeks for shipment. We will let you know immediately if this is the case. Custom made items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if not canceled in time to prevent production.
Our Free Shipping is Threshold. If you would like to upgrade, please contact us for additional pricing.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show any progress/movement on the carrier's website. Please follow this tracking number and be aware of the exact day that your order will arrive. You may also call the carrier; phone numbers will be provided at this link and make special arrangements for delivery dates.
Note: Marble table tops are a shiny, polished finish.

Noir returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee once approved, as well as minus all shipping costs.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. We will then instruct you on how/where to return the item. Any item returned without an authorization will be refused.
*Note (for Approval): Because we work with natural materials, certain distressing and or inconsistencies may be part of the design/charm of the product and are not considered damages. Additionally as every screen displays color differently - Noir assumes no liability for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on a screen. Natural materials may vary in finish colors, as well.
Damage Claims:
● Please inspect all incoming items at time of delivery.
● Note the damage on the Carrier Receipt, if possible.
● Please take several pictures from different angles, as well as pictures of the packaging exactly as you received it, as this is very important to the Damage Claim.
● You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of any/all damage claims.
If you receive a broken/damaged item, this damage was caused during shipment, as we thoroughly inspect all merchandise before it is shipped to you. Therefore we will open a Damage Claim through our shipper; with your cooperation, this must be approved for any reimbursement, repair or replacement of product.
Once the damaged item has been inspected and the damage claim approved you will be either credited the amount paid or the item will be repaired or replaced.

-
Knots, gouges, small cracks and nail holes are inherent characteristics of hand-made wood products and do not constitute damage or defects.
-
Leather products may have what appear to be spots or discoloration, or a "worn" look due to the nature of the natural leather.
-
Metal items are intended to have a rustic appearance that may include spotting and variances in tone and luster.
- Marble may have scuff marks or minor imperfections due to the nature of handmade products.
No claims will be considered for the above characteristics.
We strongly recommend the use of coasters, place mats and trivets under hot and cold items to protect the finish of Noir items. Some items, such as the waxed tables, will be more susceptible to heat/cold/moisture than others. To achieve the natural look, Noir applies wax only on the surface of the tabletops. If coasters are not used, rings will appear on the surface.
Product photographs are an approximation in terms of finish color. Furthermore, finishes can vary, in some cases significantly due to the use of natural wood. Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Prop 65 Warning: YES to all Noir products, as they all contain Wood Dust, Lead and Lead Compounds, Silica, crystalline (airborne particles of respirable size), or Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP).
Most items are lightly sealed or waxed to highlight the natural character of the item. To retain the original look of your Noir product, placemats and coasters are recommended. Items that are not sealed can absorb and stain or rust when exposed to liquids. Depending on the frequency of use, some items may require resealing. Consult with a local furniture professional prior to repairing or resealing any item.
Wood - Clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives, chemical cleaners or furniture polish to maintain or clean the item. Using any cleaner other than water may reduce the lifespan of the sealant and may result in cracking, lifting or the discoloration of the stain or finish.
Metal – Clean with damp cloth. Using abrasives or chemical cleaning agents may result in the deterioration of the sealer, resulting in oxidation or rust.
Stone – Clean with a damp soft cloth. Some stone is more absorbent and may stain more than others. Use of abrasives or chemical cleaners may result in surface scratching.
Tanned Leather – Leather can be cleaned using most leather cleaners. Prior to cleaning, apply a small amount to a hidden area on the item. If the item retains the original color, the cleaner can be used. If not, discontinue use.
Raw Leather –Do not clean. Any liquid will absorb and permanently stain the leather. Depending to the frequency of use and local conditions, untreated leather will absorb oils, creating a rich patina.
Fabric – Fabrics are not treated with stain resistant chemicals. Applying protective chemicals may result in discoloration of the fabric. Because our fabrics are all natural, liquids will absorb quickly. When a spill occurs, blot the affected area with a damp cloth.
Glass/Crystal - Do not place hot items directly on the surface, use coasters or placemats. Clean with standard glass cleaner.
Fiber Cement – Clean with damp cloth only.
